DAY 1
I took the ATPro for another swim at one of the local park fresh water beaches. There are 3 swimming areas in this park and I only had time to do half of one this trip. In 3.5 hours I found 44 coins with a face value of $7.24 ( thanks to 3 $1 bills), a decent amount of earrings and other jewelry, 2 tabs, a screw in track spike, 2 selfie stick retainers, a shoe grommet, sinkers and foil.

The silver ring had 3 czs in it (one is missing) and is marked STER. 925 SETA. One earring is a tiny cz stud and the earring back is a tiny one which makes it a 3 silver day.

The rings are mostly stainless. The first is a tiny belt buckle style (really a cool design I think) The second has the Catholic Hail Mary prayer on it. The third is the silver one. The fourth is a moon and stars spinner ring. The fifths is a heart beat pattern and the last is just a plain cheapie band.

The bills are a nice change. It has been a while since I found any in the water. These three were in a small group on the edge of the water plants in the deepest part of the water.

All together a good day. Still poor compared to past years, but you can only find what they loose.

DAY 2
Went back to the pool park where I found the gold and silver combo ring last week. I went over a few high traffic spot without much luck and then wandered around looking for a good spot. I found a section with lots of dimes scattered around and another with a dozen pennies and then I went over where I found the ring last week and found another one about 30 feet away.

In 4.5 hours I found 87 coins with a face value of $6.89, a toy car (turned into a convertible by a lawn mower), an older cheapie ring, a silver ring, 2 wheaties (1940, 1952D), hall of a really destroyed quarter, a cute little nickel, a Minnie Mouse metal figure, a post office box key, some cans, tabs and large chunks of iron.

The older cheapie ring has a makers name inside, but it is in bad shape and I can’t make it out. The silver one has turquoise in it, but half of the stones are missing. It has a dp inside a circle and a 925 on the inside.

I found half a quarter that really took a beating. more messed up than a normal mower strike. It just look’s like someone really abused it.

DAY 3
I got up early and went to finish the swimming area I started on day 1 this week. I was hoping for a few coins and maybe a ring with luck. Over the years this part of the swimming area has been less productive. The first half has a mostly sandy bottom, but this half has a mostly gravel bottom and the water is shallower.

Well after 4 hours with the ATPro I can say I was right about this part not being as good. Definitely less jewelry, but the coins were not bad. All together I found 48 coins with a face value of $4.99, 4 pop tabs, a cheapie kiddie ring, 2 earrings, 2 pieces of earrings, sinkers, a zipper pull, a little aluminum plug, 2 toy cars, an aluminum carabiner and the usual foil.

The 2 earring pieces are both parts of studs with the post missing. The one with a fake stone is brass. The other one is a bear paw and is silver. I found the mate several years ago with the post still in place. It isn’t much, but it is silver.

I did find a few coins in 3 of the local coinstar machines this week. All together i found 3 quarters, a dime, a nickel, 2 pennies and a Canadian dime. Nothing great, but it all spends.

That makes 6 hunts in a row with silver so I have a nice streak going. Thanks for looking, stay safe, good luck and may your coil lead you to good things.

Well done on the silvers and the 3 bills eyeball finds.
The messed up quarter looks like it was shot a couple of times.
The only thing I would guess it was in a vase or wedged in to have ripped apart like that when it was hit. :dontknow:

Thanks to all for your kind replies. As always Treasurenet is a great place to be. Stay safe, good luck and keep swingin.
