Holy smokes!!!!! That is some beautiful silver. Those tokens are a great find.
Congrats to you on an awesome hunt.

:o More killer finds, I'm a token nut! Old silver gives me that special feeling as well. All in all a good day I'd say. I can't get the coil close enough to the ground with 12 inches of snow. >:(

I know how you feel.
So glad the snow has melted here.
The cabin fever was almost too tough to take!

Your finds are always so sparkly and shiny! 8) I need to work a bit more on cleaning my finds up before posting them! :P :D

Fantastic finds! Congrats! Nana :)

Plum,

Where are you at in Utah? Hopefully when I get there I'll be able to find some nice stuff like that.

I just use baking soda and water on the silver.
For alot of other stuff (Especially nickles) I use Lime A Way (The green bottle).

BTW thanks Nana!

Wow!, awesome hunt and some really great finds, Congrats!
Continued Good luck, & Happy hunting~

I live in Salt Lake City.

This place was settled in 1847 so theres alot of good stuff thats been lost!

Great Saltair tag!

Is the token from SLC. You can take it to "All About Coins" on 21st South and have Bob Campbell take a look at it. He is the local authority on that stuff.

Nice looking silver. I think you did better with the tokens though. Every time I get out I hope I find one or two. Tokens are more interesting than the common coin varieties.

Im with you, if not a key date or a gold coin (I wish) I would much rather find tokens (except the tax tokens).

Wow,
I'd say you had a great day! They sure cleaned up nice......great job!
