Now you can buy a soda and chips to go with the sandwich :laughing7:

No meat on it, just rice, beans, oil, honey, VERY sticky indeed.

Chris, got an odd question for you..

Are there homeless people in the area where you fish?

I got to thinking why anyone would leave a sammich with those
ingredients and $5; I'm thinking maybe it was left for a homeless
person to find? A meal and $5 is big medicine when you're living
on the streets.

Still a great find, either way..:occasion14:

Diz, I floated the skagit Fromm Burlington to la dinner last weekend, and their were homeless encampments along the river. Little shacks with wood stoves burning. Beside the trespassing and littering, I was almost ready to call the camps ‘cool’!

Must not have had any pockets, so that's where they put their change from the sandwich !

I've never floated that section of the river, but are you sure they
were homeless camps and not just plunking shacks? I've never
seen a homeless camp on the river.

If you ever do a drift on the upper river by Concrete you'll be floating right
through my backyard..:occasion14:
