I love the silver medallion with stones, I would love to know the age and if the stones are any good. Anyway its an amazing find!!

Lately you are getting fantastic Ardites, this last months you must have gotten some of the best of your collection.

The sword case, and the belt buckle are impresive, must have been a battle ground of some sort, war of independence you think??

Cheers

Out of all of those fantastic finds the beltplate is my favorite.

Hello mate...
The silver medallion could be 18th or 19th century, you rightly so these areas witnessed the wars of independence.
The Ardite of Philip III are better than those of Philip IV, the former are made in low silver and the latter are totally Copper that were made after the war.

Review of results in the currencies of this new area for me.
Show my best pieces of this place in my past 25 visits ... approx.
Not all are silver ....

:read2:
This beltplate is the 75 Regiment (Line Infantry of King Alfonso XIII) .. The soldiers were forced to enlist and many were sent to North Africa to fight against Arab troops in the area of the Rif.
After Spain lost the island of Cuba They all countries agree to cede to Spain one place in North Africa to change to leave the Americas. In this new territory of Spain was called the Rif) but because of the Spanish civil war all soldiers who were stationed in the nord Africa( el Rif) they had had to leave to fight and lost this terriotorio Africa.
This buckle is a soldier of this period and was found on the surface of the field without using any metal detector. :laughing7:
