5 dollar yellow note

hello i am a vendor for inner city corner stores so i usually get a lot of stuff but today i was payed with a 1953 series b five dollar bill with a yellow seal and the serial number is printed in yellow ink and the condition of the bill is pretty bad so its hard to real the serial number but still readiable i know most notes printed with yellow seal are north africa but i cant seem to find anything on a 53b series the serial number is 034851732A

The color should be red, not yellow. I wonder if the bill went through the wash.
