Did 5 this week, and pulled 2 64s and 8 40s. Things are looking up in this area. When I opened the boxes I saw a bunch of cleaned coins which for my area usually means skunks, but not this week. Perhaps people are dumping coin early to buy Christmas preasants? Anyone else seeing an uptick in halves finds?

:coffee2: Just had a decent box for a change. It had 14 40s (66/2, 57/5, 68/3 & 69/4) & it was a Brinks box which have absolutely horrible lately. My prior 3 boxes this week were skunk, 1 40 & skunk. Picking up another box tomorrow. Hopefully getting more silver will continue. Time will tell.

I have seen an uptick recently, been to busy to post any finds this month but I will post this weekend with the first half of the month. Things are looking good so far.

Half dollar boxes were slowly getting better the last couple weeks, but this week was killer. 58 40%, 1 90% ken, and 1 ben out of five boxes! Also a two-headed 1967 half dollar that is definitely not made out of silver - my first magician/trick coin.

I just had a good box today and 1 decent box earlier this week, the coins looked dif to me too, I could tell the wraps were dif from last weeks poorly wrapped ones, hope this means I'm in good spot now! Hope your luck is changing! HH, Maverick,

If it is a 1967 it is probably silver just hollow.
