Hi all. Went back to same area today to see what was left after my last 3 trips. I think I cleaned up that area in coins, but to my surprise I dug up this nice ladies ring. Have no idea what kind of stone is in it . To me it looks like a Pearl, but I am not sure. Also there is some stamp inside the ring but with my eyesight it is kind of hard to read Maybe someone can help me out with that. Here are some pics of the ring. The wife loves it and as you can see in one of the pics it fits her finger perfect. I took a few pics of the area that I told you I dug up all those coins. Will post them next time . Plus the ring, I dug up another 41 pennies, 8 dimes, 1 nickel and 2 quarters Total so far from that one spot comes to $12.19 and one nice ring. Would appreciate any help on the ring. Thanks Shane

Wish I could make out the writting but my eyes are as bad as yours :laughing7: Looks like a gold band to me from the pic.

Nice vintage ring. Looks like it was worn quite a bit. More than likely 18k gold with what looks like a natural white selenite or scolecite stone. White gemstones were often symbols of purity and kindness.

Very good find.

Beautiful ring.....A jeweler will be able to identify the stone and test the gold as well. Keep us updated.

That's a great ring!
