With Jeff and DK.....
each time we go back to this park, I'm amazed at the amount of coins I find on TOP of the ground!

22 pennies
2 nickels
13 dimes
4 quarters
2 wheats
Sterling ring, bent to heck

and the heartbreaker of the day, a 5inch deep Freedom token...thought for sure I had a big copper >:(

BTW Jeff....the item holding the ring is your "mystery" object. It was 2 inches to the right of your plug. after removing it, that spot was silent.

It all adds up. :icon_thumright: with the current price of gas you will need all that change to pay for future metal detecting trips.

yea that'll do it buddy,
looks like a heavy bolt.

looks like I'm running back down to Williamstoun
in a few minutes.

Just got back with the Wrong mower part.

Congrats on the cool ring

You ought to have that ring straightened out. It looks like it might be an art deco
ring from the 1920's or 30's.
