4H to the Rescue Again

4H (Mike) is the man. I bought some stuff from him and he has gone above and beyond to make sure problems with stuff that I didnt buy from him get taken care of...he has taken his own personal time to talk on the phone, email, etc to make sure I get things fixed.

Thanks Mike, you set the standard for customer service and just all around goodness.
