Sure looks alot like the Roman coins that are commonly sold uncleaned on Ebay among other places. Most aren't of any great value but are cool as heck to own considering they are many many centuries old. I have a bag of them I paid around $5 each for that I pick at when I'm bored. The ones I have which look similar are all from between 300 & 400AD

I thought Hobo at first But unless his Hands are Tiny it is not a nickle.
A nickle will fit on my Middle Finger in that spot without merging onto the Pointer finger.
that looks almost quarter size in comparison
