Club President Steve Russell informed us we were not able to keep our current meeting location. Due to the possible sale of the church and a scheduling conflict with one of the church groups we have to find a new meeting site. Steve had informed us of this possibility several months ago and had a committee looking into new meeting locations.
Jeff Forbes and myself had a couple of options but several of these wanted a charge for the use of their facilities. The best choice is the Spfld. Public Library on Campbell Ave. just south of the James River Freeway. We are locked in for Jan. Mar. May and June. Same day and time on the first Tuesday of each month, at 7pm. We will have a alternate location for Feb. and April.
The Library locks in the scheduling every six months, this means that in June I will hopefully be able to lock in our club for July through Dec. We will be able to use my Business facility for the Feb. and April meetings. Any questions just shoot me an email at [email protected]
