Found this buckle in my backyard. It is stamped "Deauville", which according to the Web was a costume jewelry company started by J.R. Wood and Sons in Brooklyn, NY and operated from 1850-1970 before Lenox took it over. Most of the stuff I've found in my yard dates to the '40's so assuming this does too. Went to tot lot #1 and they had torn up some parking area and sod in the back, so of course I had to swing over it. 1 quarter, 1 dime, 1 penny, 4 pull tabs, 3 beer cans, and the biggest surprise, this 1 Agora Israeli coin, no idea about numerals on this thing but the coin was minted from 1985-1991, made from aluminum and bronze. Pretty cool find for NH.Israel1.JPGIsrael2.JPG

Great finds. Awesome buckle. Looks like the bronze-aluminum mix keep that coin in good shape.

Nice day out . Thank you for sharing your hunt and those pictures with us
