the round and square things with the holes in the middle are coat hem or curtain weights. the flat thing is the top of a lamp to hold the lamp shade on. My aunt had some just like that. The other thing I think is part of a sissors handle

Got to thinking the flat fancy thing might be to a gas lamp in ahouse. My aunt did have some like that on her lamp shades though

Agreed, not scissors. Most likely part of a candle snuffer.
