Hello friends, I went to a garage sale early yesterday to look at some watches and jewelry. The seller noted on the ad "no early birds", but I was allowed. It's my charm I guess! 😁👍Well the watches were all entry level and quartz. A real disappointment. I looked at the jewelry and picked up four rings. 3 were marked, but the gold and diamonds one was not. I could not find any marks. I truly believed that it was electro. Later in the day I took it to a pawnshop and they offered me $200. It was confirmed as 14 and real diamonds. Of course I did not accept. Later it dawned on me why there were no marks. As I looked closer, it became evident that the ring was sized, and the marking part was removed. It was a lucky day. I was about to leave it behind, and the other rings as well, but felt obligated to buy something. It turned to be a good choice. Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks.
