2 hr hunt this morning gets me 4 more rings. 2 silver, 1 stainless with the Lords prayer on it and a junk ring. I thought the big silver ring was junk at first because it looked like a crimp on plumbing fitting but it is stamped 925 s on the inside:thumbsup: Big heavy ring. Still no gold with my AT Gold.

WOW! Outstanding hunt! Congrats! The AT Pro and AT Gold is AMAZING!

Still no gold huh? Keep swinging the ATP near where fingers are slippery and it will come if you don't disc out pull tabs. :coffee2:

Any ring is a good one, but some are "gooder than others.'

I run in All Metal and dig all repeatable targets. Most of the sand and gravel is 6"to8" deep with a thick heavy black sand on the bottom. While I have had this detector for a year I havent used it much because of my small heat stroke right after I got it. I dont look at numbers so I dont know what its reading. I have thousands of hours on my E-Trac and my ears know when I am over something good with it, but this one talks different, so I am still trying to learn it. I know there is gold there and more silver, I just have to get it before the next big flood blows it out. Its been 5 years since the last big rise so the place is full of stuff. The swimming area is 100 yards wide by 500 yards long and I have only covered 20 % of it.

So far only one gold with my AT-Gold, but it could buy me two or three detectors.

Funny, I did find the same stainless ring with the lords prayer on it.
