I found three of these about six months ago. I found the bolt-like object(item 3) with the slot near the small end yesterday. All appear to be made of iron except the greenish one(item 2). The items in photo 1a and 1b were found within several yards of each other and might be parts of the same thing. It is hollow, except the large end seems to be solid. Item 4 is some type of iron wedge. If anyone has any ideas on what any of these are, I'd like to know. Thanks.

It might help to know where you found them. Farm? City? Beach? Woods? Any other known items found nearby?
My guesses:
1- Cast iron fence parts
2- fountain pen top
3 - hitch pin
4 - could be a wedge but shows no signs of being hammered or hit with a sledge.

Thank you so much gypsyheart. I had a hard time getting those pictures on there. I didn't know they'd look so large.
The bolt-like object with the slot was found in about four inches deep in a heavily wooded hilly area adjacent to a stream. There has not been any farming there for at least 75-100 years.
The other objects were found in an open field that saw some military activity in both the Revolution and the Civil War. There was an old residence in the immediate vicinity that didn't survive the Civil War. There may have been another house there in the early twentieth century. The area is not near the coast. The terrain is gently sloping.
DC Matt and WNYHobo are right about the wedge not having any evidence of having been hammered.
The objects that I included together appear to have been hollow like a pipe or barrel except on that large solid end which is heavier than the rest of it. There is a small, spur-like projection on the side of that large end.
