3-2 -12 is a new area I hit for a couple of hours. One big decorative button, 2 tombacs buttons along with an 1889 Indian, and a horse flasher. Thanks DC MATT for the horse flasher ID. 3-3-12 was another field I popped into for the first time. After a couple of hours a buckle and a 1866 Indian. 3-5-2012 was a hunt with South Jersey Jim and Diane at the field of dreams. The KG was a little fried but the outline of the head wasn't to bad, still not postive to its ID. The silver souvenir spoon depicts the church of Guadalupe very neat. In the middle of the hunt my DFX went haywire, I tried adjusting settings but just wasted the short amount of time left to hunt. Shipped it out, have to get use to the MXT again. 3-8-12 was back at the tavern site in a completely overgrown briar patch with bushes that carry needles. It seems like everything in the area has something that will stick you. I used the MXT with a small coil and came away with a good handfull of smalls. The one piece cuff link actually has stamped on it, One Piece. Arty

Nice digs Art  Lots of targets there means the odds are in your favor now for a real good find next time out!

Thanks Lost Addict. Was happy with the MXT but when the DFX is cooking it loves copper and silver.

Thanks Steve, The amount of trash is unbelievable along with the curtains of thorns. I know something good is buried in this thorn maze...
