3rd trip to the bank

Went to the bank today, and got $60.00 in quarters, and $10.00 in pennies. The teller said that the quarters had just been dropped off from someone with a big jar off change. Unfortunately, no silvers in the quarters, or any Wheaties in the pennies. But I did get 3 bicentennial quarters, a Northern Mariana Islands territories quarter, and a 2008 Panama quarter for the 50th anniversary of a children hotel there. In the pennies I have to possible errors. Any idea where I can find further information on them?
