I wish the pic was better but my camera is not the best.I went to a different elementary school today and was there about an hour when I got a solid 36 about 4 inches down and figured it was just a dime and out popped this instead. My wife is a very happy camper as the ring fit her perfectly. She said it is an opel cut blue topaz stone with a couple little accent diamonds all set in silver. I have been so blessed to have only been out 3 times this year and have 4 rings. Thank you Xterra 70!

Great find. That's some beginners luck.

Actually ,I'm not a beginner but I will take the beginner's luck:laughing7: I can only hope that this is a preview of this hunting season.

Sweet ring!

Well then if you are not a beginner then the machine in your hands is but the combo is Dynamic! Well done. Fourth time out will be interesting, keep us posted. OH, have you ever detected these three locations before and if so with what machine/machines?.................63bkpkr

I have detected 1 of the locations before with a Garrett GTP 1350 (2005)and a Teknetics Gamma 6000(2011). I really like the Xterra 70 and not just because of the rings I have found with it but because it is soooo smooth and accurate. The swing speed is slower than most MDs but I am not racing ,I am hunting.
