Detector(s) used
Whites XLT
Picked up a few bullets,one live 38 SPL +P.
A round pin thats flattened on only
half of it,and two others that I cant ID.
Next to the church was a cemetary
and I was going around the perimeter of it
and nabbed this really cool whistle.
Still works by the way.I dont know the age
but the 1st thing that came to mind was
a police or hunting type whistle being theres
woods all around.Like to hear your ideas on
this one.HHs

It still works huh? Who put their lips on that rusty bugger? I would have given it serious cleaning first. But I would have tried it too. Is the little hole for covering with a finger and creating a second tone when uncovered? Maybe it's for calling livestock or hunting dogs

Nice digs, WTG!!!
Love that whistle...
Good luck & Happy hunting~

Woody,
The second hole does
create a different tone
when covered.Does
anybody have any
knowledge of whistles?
