Hey tneters the season in Germany is starting and we had the opportunity to do a large field with Roman history.

I'm just gonna throw in my finds and wish u all a nice hunting week!
I believe the Roman coin is a Tetricus from around 274 a.d (not sure I or II as I cant make out the beard) But do correct me if I am wrong plz.

If I am not mistaken the reverse shows some sort of temple or house (the square) with an oven or fire pit (the arch) inside. Cool design in my opinion!

Happy hunting!

Fantastic hunt, beautiful coins. It must feel so awesome to hold a coin that old in your hand and try to imagine it's history, and how it came to be in that field. Best of luck to you this season!:occasion14:

Excellent start to your season.

Might be an imitation trying to be;

The condition on that tiny coin is great, congrats!

When I read the title I thought; "oh those Brits are spoiled". Seems the Germans are to! LOL :tongue3:
Nice finds!

Over here in the states, we are very jealous of the wealth of history underground in Europe! I love to see these finds and appreciate you sharing your great day! :occasion14:
