second pic looks like a lead bullet that hit something hard :laughing7:

first looks like it could be a jean Button

Color looks like Copper or Brass

100% sure its a round that hit something hard. Mushroomed it out like that

Yeah now that you mention it. It sure does. It is brass though like it's made to be flat.

If it came off a site as old as you say it could be a type of brad/rivet they used back then like the pic. of a couple I've found below still attached through the copper it was use.
