3 WINGS and GOTHIC STYLE LETTERS

I found this a while back at a turn of the century home site and I haven't been able to identify it. It has 3 wings and 3 gothic style letters one looks like an M or W. One looks like an A and one looks like an L or I. I may be wrong about the letters. I'm hoping that some of you might be able to help. Thanks for looking and happy hunting!

Bicycle bell? The three wings in a wheel was a symbol for several bicycle clubs in the US & England.
