3 what is its

Hey all:
All three items were found in the vicinity of an old Fort.
Item one appears to be wrapped with wire.
Item two looks like a washer but is made of brass.
Item three is about .75" around and is very heavy. I found another one which is almost identical near another Fort.

Any help would be most appreciated.

#3 looks to be a lead coat/hem weight, also used in draperies. They haven't changed in 100 yrs. so it's hard to put an exact date on them, but the patina should give you a general idea of the time period. Breezie
