3 SOLID ROLLS OF HALVES and MORE!!! FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!

I am almost reluctant to post, but I cant contain it, and my wife doesnt even bat an eye!

Working from home today so I hit more banks than usual on my lunch break: First bank I go to gives me $60.00 in CWR Halves. I opened a couple of skunk rolls first, then I see writing on the 3rd roll..."65-70", Open it up, SOLID. I see 2 other rolls with the same paper (I am driving of course), also with "65-70". SOLID, and yep, SOLID. No 1970's though. So that's how it happened. Took 2 hours for lunch today instead of 1, wouldn't you? lol.

Bank 1: $60.00 CWR Halves:
60 - 40%'s (3 solid rolls!!!!!) My first SOLID roll...and 3 of them! First bank that I hit.

Bank 2: $15.00 CWR Halves:
Skunk

Bank 3: $94.00 CWR Halves:
Skunked (was told there is no silver in them, we go through them all) Thanks, found a new dump bank! Almost better than finding silver....

Bank 4 CWR Halves:
$15.00: Skunk

Bank 5 CWR Halves:
No Halves available (BS you 3 rude arses, hope youre reading, don't be rude to a 15 year customer)

Bank 6 $3.00 in the tray:
5 - 90% Kens
1 - 40%

Bank 7 CWR Halves:
$10.00 - Skunk


My personal best day. Closest I got to a solid roll was 17 out of 20.

As RB says it best....IT'S STILL OUT THERE, FOR SURE!!!

HEY..... No sh*t? I cant decide if I'm truly happy for you..... or if I am sick to my stomach with envy... You beat me to the elusive "solid roll" and not only that but multiples?... Very nice. Good for you, I know how hard you work for it, and you deserve it. I guess I can let go of the envy, I know I will get mine someday. I'm in Salt lake, and from reading your posts it seems like our area is similiar as far as finds go... So I will take your find today as a "sign of good things to come my way".

Friggin sweet score, dude! I have found many solid rolls with the date written on the outside, only none of them were silver! Always 1971... 1972... etc. Those you hate to get cuz you know you ain't gettin squat! Though I did get lucky and find a nice '72 doubled die half in one. Congrats on the sweet find, man! Savor it, cuz they don't come that easy that often! Esp. in Phoenix, based on some of your recent posts. Maybe your luck will change...

Nice score on the 3 rolls and on bank 6 too. You scored 6 out of 6 with bank 6 - that's 100% success with nearly all 90%ers and just one 40%er - can't do much better than that!

I just wanted to say (mostly to newbies), while this may appear very lucky, I do go in multiple banks 6-7 days a week. I have been at this constantly since May, so in my head, it was only a matter of time before somthing like this happened.

To everyone else on the forum, thank you for the kudos!

Today was officially my sign to concentrate on halves now. I have been going nuts on the dimes for the last 3 months, with little or no halves searching. I have been doing quite well on halves lately, and mathamatically, this just makes sense.

My first love will always be dimes, but for now, it's halves. This is a whole new kind of addiction baby, and I'm all in.
