Got out for My usual afternoon hunt. First house I got a Merc and 4 Wheats. The next house just clad. Drove a little random off the normal path and found this cool older home and the owner said "sure go for it!"
Off I went!! Found a lot of clad quarters. Probably 2 or 3 dollars worth. Pulled a Wheat and 2 more Mercs putting Me at 3 Silvers for the day! Awesome!!!
I do have to say that the first Merc that I found was actually laying in the ground on iron. Pretty impressive!!! I'll post a pic before the final picture and You can see how red it is stained from the iron. The signal was a little scratchy, but still came through clear enough to dig. That's Nice!!
Silver#12fty!!
Mercs-1945D,1939D,1943S
Wheats-1944,1934,1945,1944D,1952D
I'll keep practicing and using the Deus2 on future hunts so We can all see the results!! Happy Hunting!!!!

Settings-General Mode1; Reactivity-1.5; Sensitivity 90; Silencer-0; Bottle Cap-0; Full Tones; Multi Freq; Iron Vol-0; Audio Resp-3; ground tracking-on
I did adjust up to Reactivity-2.5, when I was in a trashy spot, then back down to 1.5 as the targets weren't so dense.

The Merc on the right in the pic directly above is the one that was actually on a small piece of iron in the ground. It stained it a bit.

Ha ha, no I love those little guys. We often get them, though Iv never seen that kind before, on our outside windows hunting months that come to the light at night. Have had a few now n then inside, dont mind that as they love roaches! They're nocturnal. Saw one on one of my chili plants the other week when I did a night check for bugs. To be honest I have never had one go agro before, it was quite funny to see it have a go at me. I actually laughed when it did. Hopefully the way I tried to rebuild a shelter for it worked as it rained heavy last night. Awesome little creatures, especially when you see them on the ceiling walking upside down hunting a bug. ๐Ÿ™‚

Nice going :) What size coil are you using ?

Thanks Gare!! I got the 11" for added depth in the Civil War fields . It has very nice target seperation even at the 11". I was afraid that it would be too Big, but works great!

Congrats on your Mercs Randy, it sure beats finding Rosies.
Dave
Thanks ANTIQUARIAN!! I was just hoping for Wheats, so I came out great with Mercs. I try to set My bar low with a new machine until it proves Me wrong ๐Ÿค”
