They are civilian. The top right looks like a late 1700s colonial to abc spun button. The floral design is a 1830s-1840s civilian button. The ball button is civilian though some were used on military uniforms privately purchased and some military issued such as West Point cadets and early US staff officers 1830s-1850s.

I was on my phone earlier - now at my desk I can see the button more clearly. it is not a tombac spun button, rather a white metal/tombac cast (can see a backmark). It will date 1790s-1810's still civilian.

On a tombac spun, you will see the similar shank/loop construction and a series of small lathe marks.
