A few items I owned for years two have been hanging out in the shop, the nutcracker, I believe its some sort of swage clamp like a canvas snap of sorts? the other is sort of adjustable key? Wood handle stomper has me stumped also? Its like a reverse Pestle, From a mortar and pestle. Any clues or better guesses welcomed, or even exact names and function even better. thx all

The "nutcracker" is an old circa 1900 reloading tool for installing primers in shotgun shells. If you do an image search for "shotgun shell primer tool" you will find many examples'

The silver item appears to be a tool for separating “Romex” type wire; used in most residential type wiring. I’d need to see the end to be sure.

Here is a picture of the tool I mentioned. There are several sizes and styles.

Hey, I was wrong. The silver item is a tool for cleaning the bowl on a tobacco pipe. I had trouble reading the name. Look up Yello Bole on the internet. They make several pipe cleaning items.

Solution
The black one with the hole in in it could be a bottle cap maker

PLEASE NO More answers on anything but the wooden mini hammer.
Two items have been correctly identified. IMHO
So Thanks For all who responded!

The wooden item. First, I can’t see the end, where it looks flat. Is it hollow, dished out, etc.? It could be a pestle. I also wonder about a handle section from a maracas set, with the “gourd” missing. That’s a wild guess.

If the wooden piece was found with the pipe bowl reamer, it might be a tobacco tamper for a pipe.

I’m guessing it is too long to be a pipe tamper. The diameter seems large too, for any normal pipes.

The wooden handle piece reminds me of a part of a game wherein a person tried to catch a small ball attached by a cord to the handle. A lot nicer than this one on Amazon. Is there a cup at the top?
