Went out for about 3 hrs on the side of the school where I found the 1899 barber quarter the other day. I dug the 1937D merc about 1 foot from some other hunters hole between the side walk and the curb. The quarter reading went from good to bad, so I dug anyway and found the 1941 quarter at 10". The small piece of silver has a "25" on one side and engraving on the other. I almost threw it away before I but noticed the 2 5 and figured it was either part of a bracelet or ring. I'll take any piece of silver. Thanks for looking!!
