The item on the left is the keeper to a sword-style belt plate, and the item on the right is a chain toggle, probably off of a trace chain, although there were many applications.

yep,the left item is the catch piece found on the other side of belt for a sword belt buckle --the slot is where the "tounge" of the buckle fits thru -- the smaller hole is where it attached to the belt

the other items look like iron knife parts off a knife at first glance - or the ends of a chain trace toggle as said above.

Creskol is correct. The iron items are the business end(s) of a trace chain.
