2nd trip to my 1800's property
found my first indian today - 1907, and a wheat -1918. The coins are much beter than the pictures. Also found this neat little bottle with an octangular cap on it (has letters on bottom but I havn't figured them out yet). The bottle took some abuse from my shovel but still a sweet little piece of glass. Found the pocket watch too and I want to go back and look for the front & back casing. I found the outside rim seperate and didn't even realize it was part of the watch untile I got home and washed everything and the mechanism fit right into the rim. and then there is the oval thingy which I believe to be a coin someone put on the nearby railroad tracks, and punched a hole in it to make a necklace Then I found this commemorative coin that says - 150 yr anniversary declaration of independance 1776-1926. On back it says American wholesale Corperation- " more goods for same money" - "Same goods for less money" It was a good day and I'm happy but I think I'm going to get a bigger coil for my classic 5 because I think i should be finding mor of the older deeper coins. Thanks for looking, and if you have any info on the commemorative please let me know!
