2nd Silver Ring of '17........

After 2 frustrating outings (less than $1 clad and no keepers) in the field that surrendered a War Nickel and a couple pieces of silver jewelry, I decided on a different tactic for Sunday. I visited 2 old permissions and scouted 2 new permissions..........the clad didn't flow easily, but it was enough to satisfy. And there were a few keepers to show for the day..........



Seemed the junk jewelry was everywhere........
1 silver ring, a gold plated ring and gold plated mushroom........a '55D wheat and '43 George VI Canadian.
It wasn't much, but then again, I didn't dig anything last January!!

How well I know, Tommy!! I was concentrating on nickel signals on Friday, Saturday and pulled 14 of 'em........but, no gold.........
Sunday, it was just get to the permissions (luckily, they keep coming!) and see if there were keepers to be had. Thanks and sure hope you can get out before that next heavy snow gets to you!!
