Both were about 6-7" in depth. They were found in a very old section of Cincinnati. I have hopes of finding my first seated coin in this area. The Indian head was completely on edge!

Great finds, 2 nice oldies, the Barber Dime has some great detail on it, very nice

Gumy,
That is one nice Barber Dime. I gonna find me one of those before the year is over yet.
Very nice!

You made some wonderful finds at a great spot . . . I definitely see a
"Seated" in your future based on the dates you've recovered so far

All the best,

Sweet looking Barber! I love seeing those pop out of the dirt. Is there a mint mark on that one?

Thanks for sharing,
Steve

Nice finds,

Great looking barber xf atleast I would say. Next time though try and be very gentle with the silver. They get scratched so easily. I've done it before also. Even rincing and a tooth brush scratches them. Seateds are hard to come by. I get one for every 20 barbers I dig.
