Hello Everyone,

This detecting week has been a very good one for me. I've detected some new ground that I've never hunted before, in addition to my heavily hunted grounds. Between three parks, I've managed to find 25 wilver coins, 1 wilver ring, and over 80 wheaties since last Friday. Since I already posted my 10 Wilver Monday , the pic below is from my other hunts this week.

Hope you enjoy all the wilver, and get some inspiration to get out there and put the coil to the turf! ;)
Maybe I can get to 600 this year....I hope so.

Forgot to mention, the quarter is a '36 S. It's very close to AU condition, which PCGS states is $65....Yipppeeee!!!

Awesome week Dan. Congrats on the sweet pile of silvers.
Good luck getting to 600. I think 750 is in reach for you
with the weather you have and the hunt time left this year. Good luck!

Smiles!

Incredible week. Once again your year's number are amazing. That SE and you are really tearing it up. This weeks total alone for you has smashed my lifetime total of MDed silver coinage. Amazing.

Another BIG CONGRATS, Dan. I'm begining to wonder if you ever go to bed any more! 700 is right around the the next tree at this rate. Thanks for showing us all that it can still be done. HH

Looks like you stumbled onto an old dime convention! At this rate, you could find over 1350 wilvers in a year!

Fantastic! Hey, that '36 Washington isn't a key date "36-D is it? Probably not but sure is in great condition.

Congrats!

Captn, you are the very best. What more can I say? You continue to amaze me with your skills and determination. I would love to detect with you for at least one day, so I can tell the forum, "I detected with the man himself....Captn_SE aka Dangerous Dan."

Keep striking wilver, my friend!

Thanks everyone!!

Thanks, Kirk, buddy! Did you enjoy the Opera last night?? ;D

DigginItUp, I'm glad you mentioned the mintmark on my quarter, because I remember it did have a mintmark on it. I looked at it this morning.....it has an "S" mintmark. PCGS says it's $20 in EF condition, $65 in AU......thank you for reminding me to re-check.

DD,

The op-a-ra went well. I was dressed up like a proper Englishman, if you can believe KirkPA has that decorous side to his character. :D I even strutted into the hall with the KirkPA swagger with my babe on my arm. I was the youngest gentleman there, so I felt like a studious dude. ;) :D

OK seeing some of these three digit "wilver" and wheat find posts. I have some questions, do you know lots of people with old land? Do you ask allot of strangers if you can hunt their land. Do you hunt public places or all private? How much time do you spend looking for land and hunting the land? Can you teach me to find over 100 "wilver" in a season? ???

Keep @ it and HH!!
