$2500 searched in 2 days bring a couple questions

I went through 5 boxes ind 2 days last week. I'm just now having time to post the finds.

And I have a few questions.

4x 1967
4x 1968
4x 1969
1x 2003
4x 2006 Is that a lot to find close together?
2x 1983 no FG- aren't those error coins?
2x 19?? Almost blank. Smooth at the edges on the front & back. The center of both coins are almost smooth. Aren't these error coins. And if they are what are they called?

Those 19? are probably strike thru's (probably struck thru grease). I have found about a half dozen myself, mainly 1990's with a couple of 1991's. Other folks have found them, so unfortunately they are not super rare.
