Went to my bank to get $250 in halves today but they said they were out so I got $250 in quarters instead, figured what the heck! This is where i got the 262 silver quarters and standing liberties in 2009, so its a lucky bank. Going through them i see an unmistakable really worn silver rim, visions of barbers and SLQ went through my head as i could tell this was for sure silver. Turns out to be a 1941 S or D washington! its pretty beat up but no complaining here at all!

Nice find there is no prettier edge to see in a roll than that

For some reason finding a silver quarter is one of the more satisfying things about roll hunting!

That last part wasn't necassary. Would you want someone to come into your home and start saying crap like this?

Nice find on the quarter. That sucker is worn!

His carpet may be ugly, but he just found a silver quarter...jealous :laughing7: Haha. Nice find, I love seeing a worn silver, it makes my mind wonder.

HH,
Cody.
