This was a better haul than usual, I got into a hole where they came about every 5 minutes, they were mixed in with clay pipes, IH and Wheat pennies.

nice old marbles...the process for the cateyes was invented in the early to mid 50s....

We used to call the ones across the top, the ones with the whispy twist in it he centre, cats eyes.
