I use a magnifying app it has curved the f at the bottom to look like an e but its correct f checked and double checked.

its not only the letter - its what it is held in
1803 is a squareed off shield with the f
1905 is a square with cut corners which is what yours looks like
but I only have your pic to go by

You have me looking closer... I gotta say you may be right... Could be 1905. The letter is not the same as 1905 but the stamp may be.. I'll get it checked and let you know.
