The law of Charles Darwin (adapt or die) ..... in these days when all Spain is with the grain fields planted, hi hunting in the fruit fields .in the summer I have the beach to hunt Jewellery Euro coins, hi return October Grain fields nearby, but there remains no Roman coin (years ago that not Roman coins ) and the hammers are hard to catch (you have to climb the mountains to search the Medieval Castles) only hunt coins of 17.18 and 19 centuries. found everywhere.
Greetings!

nice oldies :icon_thumleft: MR TUFF

Nice finds! Spiel Marke means "play money" correct? Years ago, I found a replica 10 dollar gold piece at
an old post civil war fort, and it was also marked as "Spiel Marke". I assumed it was some sort of gaming
token.

Keep on a diggin!! Slabman

Some really cool stuff. The ovel thing looks like the plate to a drawer pull we dig them over here in 1700's and very early 1800's sites It had a threaded post that went through the plate. It was held onto the drawer by a nut put on the threaded end. The out side end had a ball that had a hole in one side. There were 2 of these on the drawer and the handle went between them. the ends of the handle went into the balls on the posts.
Heres a pic of one I dug with the post still in it.

I guess you knew the large date range on the buckle chape. More likely 18th than 17th, although its possible.

12. Looks like a find I would like to get :icon_thumright:

I wish I had your hunting grounds at this time of year :headbang:
