Well it was a adventure today. Me and my wife packed up a four wheeler with our detectors and hit a trail near our place that an old coach road. There is a cellar hole I heard about back there from hunters that I always wanted to hit for like 5 years but never made it back mainly because I wasn’t about to walk for 2 or 3 hours to get to it. It was a rough old trail but we finally made it only to discover my worst fear. It was hit before. Looked like it was only within a year ago by the state of the dig holes. Then when we were about to start detecting the spot anyway we realized her new nox 600 arm rest somehow rattled loose on the way and half of ImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1618190251.324243.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1618190257.747929.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1618190264.871443.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1618190280.621540.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1618190290.797701.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1618190301.973126.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1618190324.235648.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1618190336.141063.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1618190347.537958.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1618190359.010464.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1618190375.100308.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1618190383.639269.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1618190393.260293.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1618190399.338885.jpgImageUploadedByTreasureNet.com1618190433.897867.jpgit was lost. Luckily we found it and the screw on our way out. After awhile of no luck I thought “where would the last guy not think to go?” and I said to myself “the opposite side of the old road in the woods.” Luckily it paid off and I got a fork,bullet,1832 and 1823 Nova Scotia half penny tokens and best of all a 1818 silver george iii sixpence. At least it wasn’t a total bust and the trip was awesome regardless. I love finding stuff that others miss on detected sites and hope what i found beat whatever they did. Guess a 203 year old silver coin would call this trip a success. Thanks for looking! [emoji2][emoji106]

Nice Bullhead, and couple of Coppers. Ya I'd say it was an ok day. Heck just spending time with the Mrs detecting is a win-win.

Outstanding you and your wife did great..thanks again for sharing your good hunt

It does sound like a nice successful day out and about. Congrats on the finds, especially the arm to the Nox.

I just wonder what I would’ve got if it was untouched. 🤬[emoji23]
