2020 P dime with hole in head error?

hello i was coin roll hunting and found 3 2020 dimes with a hole in his head not sure if it would be a error or what its called new to coin collecting thanks

looking at the picture enlarged it appears to be a hollow cavity in the planchet. I would consider it a mint error. Unfortunately errors such as that don't carry any significant value, but to a collector of errors it is certainly worth more than face value

At first I thought it might be a delamination (peeling of layers), but in the enlarge photo I have to agree with jewelerguy! I does appear to be a hole in the planchet.
