2015 was my sophomore year, actually, my first full year, as I only got 9 months in 2014.

Here is what I was able to retrieve from the dirt:

84 Silver Coins:
34: Mercs
21: Rosies
9: Washington
9: War Nicks
3: Walking Halves
3: Barber Dime
1: Barber Quarter
2: Barber Halves
1: SLQ
1: Japanese 50 Sen
1: Phillipine Dime

Other Coins:
9: Buffalos
8: IHCs
1: LC
1: Two Cent
1: Flying Eagle

I got a few relics and some jewelry too.

18: Silver Rings
1: 14K Wedding Band
11: Silver jewelry

I worked really hard at this, but had a good time too. The best part was getting to hunt with all of the exceptional Tnetters. I won't mention names, but thanks to all of you for your support and generosity! Best of luck in 2016! Thanks for looking!

Congratz! That is an awesome haul! I hope my sophomore year is as good as yours was! :hello2:

Nice year. Hard to believe not one Washington but all those Barbers more than make up for it. Good luck in 2016

Nice totals from a complete season Tom. You sure dug a lot more silver bling and silver coins than I did. You are truly a silver slayer. I am hoping to meet a few of the Tnet Celebs sometime this season.

Some very Nice Silvers for the year!! Congrads on all!

What's the deal with the cut Walker? Very cool...

What's the deal with the cut Walker? Very cool...

The "cut" Walker was a magic trick coin. Cut into three pieces, that nested together, the reeded edge was slotted (attached pic)and a rubber band held the three pieces together. You could "fold" the coin up, and insert it into a coke bottle, the rubber band makes it snap back into round, so it appears that you pushed the coin through much narrower bottle neck. And yes, I looked for the other pieces... multiple times!!!!

Your silver coin total is INCREDIBLE! I really, really like your jewelry collection. Congrats on a spectacular year Tom

That's one hell of a season tom, 84 silver coins is a fantastic number, glad I got to meet you and Smittyman down in philadelphia, good luck this year!

Such a good bunch of finds Tom. I had forgotten about the feather. Still a favorite to me. Good luck in 2016!

Great bunch of treasure ! Congrats
Glen

Awesome finds! I hope that once I am done with college I will have more time on my hands to be able to get out and detect! Super jealous of all the silver coins.

You had a great year Tom!
Sorry to be late to this post,
But hey! Who ever looks in this thread? Lol
Keep up the good work.
Love your passion for this hobby.

Nice showing. What in the heck happened to the one walking half?

Never mind I just read the post you had wrote on it.

I was surprised you didn't find more Barber dimes. You killed it with the halves though. I only found 2 halves last year, a Barber and a Franklin.

Wooow Tom! I have never seen so much stuff. That is 'BOOM BABY' :notworthy:
