2010 Dimes

I just checked e-bay for 2010p dimes. They are going for much more than the 2009's ever did. 3-8 times higher than silver dimes.

OK. I see this each year as the new coins are released. Why do these early coins go for such a premium? I don't understand.

The impatient person that is now the average american. TO want to have the first "whatever" on the block. Even that year's coins.

Although the 2009 coins were a little different, in that they stopped making htem so early. But i don' tsee why people are paying premiums for the 2010 coins. not yet at least.

I"m still looking for 2009 coins though! Yikes. Can't even find them after a YEAR! LOl I'll keep looking though. Eventually they will be released and come out this way. Maybe in 2014 the 2009 will show up ... lolol.

I do not think the 2010-p dimes are selling for more than 2009-p when they first came out.
I was one of the first sellers on ebay to sell 09's and single dimes were running around $15-20,
and rolls were around $100-150 each. Don't get me wrong, they are still selling for a premium.
I wish I could get some of the 2010's, so far no luck.
