I believe what you got from the Teller is called a Double Repeater Note! While it does not have a lot of value and especially value like Radar or Radar Repeater, it is collectible to some folks that collect these types of Notes. The condition is the key to any real value or bonus value. Unless the Note is in exceptional condition such as "Crisp Uncirculated", if you want to sell it, then it might be best to sell it on Craigslist, at a Coin Show or through an online Forum venue that allows classifieds. Ebay probably would not be an ideal venue due to the fees incurred in selling it there and then the fees to PayPal to get paid!
