I came across a 2006 $100 star note with a serial #03187611*. Would anyone happen to know the value of it?

If its just the series of 2006, there was no premium as of a couple years later (per the 2008 Red Book).

It is a 2006-A with Cabral-Paulson signatures!!!

bad news it is from a full run of 3.2 million which means it is worth $100 dollars go ahead and spend it.
