hey all i read on the Coinfacts.com page that the 2004 D Dime have a "Doubled Obverse Die - shows a raised, arc-like line in Roosevelt's ear which is believed to be caused by a rotated, slightly off-center strike"

i cant seam to find any pic that shows how that looks .. i need help .. does any of you one i can see on pic ..

please help

I couldn't find a picture, however, I did find this. Perhaps this can help you find a source that can get you a picture example. This is a quote from the web page, then the link below it.

And then Bill Fivaz sent Tom a 2004-D Roosevelt dime with a raised metal arc in the ear; it appears to be the outer line of the ear, but turned about 30°. Tom had hypothesized that the die was not correctly seated, the hub made contact, the hub was retracted, the die placed correctly, then the new impression was made. Pictures of this coin have appeared in the numismatic press, and Tom passed around a number of the articles. But a big argument went back and forth as to whether it was a tue doubled die error.
