2004 Canadian cent Class VI doubling ?

Somewhere directly above the center of the Earth.

I look at every coin I touch.
With that, I see a vertical thickness on the T in Cent.
The right arm of the T is longer than the left.
There appears to be a notch on the bottom.
I don't know if this is intended as I don't have a reference coin.

Don't know anything about Canadian coins either. Do a search on Google or eBay to find images to compare to.

It seems any difference in length on each side of the top of the T is probably a design feature, as I don't see notching on the left side anywhere. Plus I would expect to see at least some portion of the verticle of the "T" next to the primary one it is were a doubled die.
