2003 $5 star note help? sn 00020907* value??

hi i found this star note the other day at work and i was wondering if anyone could help me out on the value? i know its from a run of 640,000 . is that considered a low run is this a lower sn?? any info will help greatly . thank you!!

It is from a run of 640,000 notes and those were the only DC-* $5 notes printed. Serials ran from DC00000001* through DC00640000*. So yours is relatively low but not low enough to really command a premium. In that condition you might be able to unload it pretty quick for $10 or so but it's not terribly valuable. I have sold many of them and have never really been able to get over about $10 for one.
