Can’t Find “Funk’s Run” on any map, went all the way back to 1908.. Found Fox Run out near Dover?

Started looking for the Coal Company but haven’t had any luck with that either..

Not giving up yet..

Does this Help ?

LOL If this were the '70's & the research was for School,
I would have Hated the Whole Idea, & Probably would have gotten an incomplete :coffee2:

Holy Crap Jeff! Nice work!
I’ll keep you posted

So what I found this morning is that all of the streams and creeks around York have drastically changed since the construction of Indian Rock Dam. This Dam prevented many many floods after its construction. The city of York flooded approx 17 times before it was constructed! I think I found some more hints to where this occurred, I may do a drive by today to see if it is accessible..

Some of it may be underground.
In the town of tremont there was a run of water called Poplar Run in the 1870's .
at some point they Built a Tunnel for the water to Flow to the creek.
it only Burst through with a Flood in 2011

I'm sure not every Village used tunnels, But
you may want to see if there are old maps of the area
