$200 in cwr dimes

WTG!!! Nice finds!!!!

You could always pick up some clear dime rolls at another bank before you go to the producing bank. If she is low, this will give you a better opportunity to get the others she has.

Actually this is one thought I had in mind trade her my junk clear wraps for all her cwrs. She knows I crh and is fairly friendly

nice finds with the dimes and good luck with the rest - if you can get 'em :)

I got skunked with my one Brinks dime box tonight....except I actually had an EXTRA ROLL in the box (better than finding 2 keepers). I think I counted the rolls 3 times to make sure. But this only makes up 50% of my loss from being short 2 ROLLS in a Brinks dime box from another branch of the same bank last month. Still I never thought I would ever get an EXTRA ROLL in a sealed dime box so it was a nice surprise. But I got my first Merc of the new year in a dime box last night (my first 4 keeper dime box - 1 Merc & 3 Rosie's) and that was an even nicer surprise. :)

Nice what year was your Mercury? 1942-1945 are my most common

Santafeboy, nice job on the dimes! I like CWR dimes, it seems I score more silver that way although I find some interesting things in the rolls.

Yeah, the Merc I found on Tues. is just a common date '45 but it's in rather nice condition with not too much wear and full rims - I would guess it probably grades Fine. :)
